Eligibility Requirements
This program is only for Wingstop team members. This program provides direct financial
support to team members experiencing an unforeseen hardship, crisis, or natural disaster. Team Members
must demonstrate an urgent need resulting in their inability to pay their utility bills, rent/mortgage,
medical bills, or maintain basic living essentials, such as but not limited to food, clothing,
and hygiene essentials.
Team members must be actively employed for a minimum of three months by WRI or by a United States Brand
Partner in good standing. The date of the situation must be within the past 60 days from date of application.
Supporting documentation is required to be submitted as part of the application.
EXAMPLES OF SITUATIONS WHERE SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED:
- Unforeseen Housing Hardship that has led to an eviction, uninhabitable or condemned housing, foreclosure,
or past due utilities
- Illness and/or Injury
- Disaster Relief
- Death of a Team Member or Household Member
- Unforeseen Income Reduction (Loss of Spouse's job or Team Member's second job due to a layoff,
Termination of Government assistance)
WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

All active Team members, except Vice Presidents and above.

Team members employed for at least 3 months.

Team members in good standing with Brand Partner or WRI supervisor.

Team members experiencing an unforeseen crisis or hardship within the past 60 days.

Team members that can provide documentation to support and validate the unforeseen crisis or hardships.
HOW TO APPLY:

Submit a Team Member Assistance Interest Form

You’ll receive an email from our program manager asking you to schedule your intake call and to provide supporting documentation.

Your application will be reviewed by the TMA committee

You will receive an email or phone call from our program manager regarding your application status
The entire process- from interest to final approval typically takes 5-10 business days. This may vary
depending on the nature of the case and how quickly you provide the necessary information and documentation.
