Wingstop super-fan, ESPN analyst and Detroit native Jalen Rose recognized 3.0+ students at his academy (aptly named Jalen Rose Leadership Academy) with Wingstop for lunch on Tuesday, April 29. Along with piping hot wings on a chilly day, we also rewarded each student with a Wingstop gift card and a swag item of their choice, ranging from socks, Lemon Pepper air fresheners, hats, tote bags and more.

While we love Jalen (you may have seen him nomming on some Wingstop before filming Get Up!), we particularly love supporting youth in our local communities, and were thrilled to surprise Jalen and JRLA principal Wendie Lewis with a $10,000 grant on behalf of Wingstop Charities and local brand partners Tommy Pipatjarasgit and Steve Davidson.
